There are no minimum order amounts.
We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards through Paypal.
Purchase Orders are accepted from an approved OEM account on a Net 30 basis.
To apply for an OEM Net 30 account, download the credit application and follow the enclosed instructions.
We do not accept phone orders unless you are an approved OEM customer.
We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
We ship Priority Orders same day, all other orders within 2-3 business days.
All orders shipped with a Massachusetts zip code will include Massachusetts Sales Tax, unless a copy of your Massachusetts resale certificate is provided.
Order Status Information
- Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirmation, confirming we received your order.
- Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation, confirming shipment, a tracking number of your shipment if applicable, and a invoice.

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
We ship via the USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx.
Any order, over $100 USD requires shipping insurance, delivery confirmation and is automatically calculated into final shipping costs.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments. For orders lost or stolen, shipment claims will be filed where applicable.
For International Orders, the customer is responsible to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your country may charge.
We use two carriers, USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx.
Domestic
United States Postal Service
- USPS First Class Mail – delivery about 1-2 weeks, no tracking, confirmed delivery.
- USPS Priority Mail – delivery 1 – 3 business days, no tracking, confirmed delivery.
- USPS Express Mail - guaranteed service with indicated delivery days (usually 1 or 2 business days) Comes with $100 free insurance coverage. Additional insurance, if necessary, is automatically calculated and added to your order., confirmed delivery.
- USPS Parcel Post - delivery about 1-2 weeks, insurance coverage, confirmed delivery.
Federal Express
- First Overnight, delivery first thing next business day
- Priority Overnight, delivery morning next business day
- Standard Overnight, delivery afternoon next business day
- 2 Day, delivery in 2 business days
- Express Saver, delivery in 3 business days
- Ground, business delivery in 1 to 7 business days
- Home Delivery, home delivery in 1 to 7 business days
All services come with $100 free insurance coverage. Additional insurance is automatically calculated and added to your order, confirmed delivery, and tracked.
For all OEM Net 30 accounts, we can PPA shipping amounts or use your existing account number.
International
United States Postal Service
International orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. There are two options available for shipment, First class international and Express Mail International.
- First class international, no tracking, unconfirmed delivery, no brokerage so deliveries can sit in customs for 4 – 6 weeks, insurance is automatically calculated and added to your order. Not a recommended service – use at your own risk.
- Express Mail International, tracking, confirmed delivery, has expedited brokerage, comes with $100 free insurance coverage. Additional insurance is automatically calculated and added to your order.
Federal Express
- International Priority, delivery in 1 to 3 business days to more than 220 countries and territories
- International Economy, delivery within 5 business days to more than 215 countries and territories
- International First, delivery within 2 business days to Europe
- You must have a RMA number issued by RnD Warehouse in order to return materials. RMA numbers can be requested by contacting returns@RnDWarehouse.com. In the body of your email request; please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your request, it will be reviewed and a RMA number will be issued if your request meets the following conditions:
- The merchandise being returned is in original condition. Returns on damaged goods will not be accepted. Units before shipment are pre-tested, returns upon receipt will be re-tested before any refund or part is to be replaced.
- If the item contains accessories, those accessories must be included with the item being returned and be all included as returned material.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of from the date of receipt of the order. After 14 days, all items returned will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for shipping charges of the merchandise being returned. Additional shipping and handling charges will be applied to the new shipment if a exchange is required of the original merchandise.
- Your return shipment must include a original copy of the order and clearly marked on the copy whether you are requesting a exchange or refund. The RMA number issued should also be marked clearly on the original copy of the order and outside of the shipping box.
